With Ludus, there is never any confusion or surprises when it comes to the ticketing fees on your account. We pride ourselves on being 100% transparent and never having monthly fees, hidden costs, or surprise charges. The only time a fee is charged is when a patron pays with a card.

If you have added any premium features to your account and want to view the fee breakdown on your account:

Click the **Settings wheel icon** (⚙️) in the upper right-hand corner of your admin panel.

Navigate to the **Fees** tab.

Under the **Pricing Breakdown** section, you can view the base fee and any premium features that you have added to your account.
