Whether it is for an event, collection, class, or pass, when you are making a box office sale, you have the ability to tack on a donation at the patron's request.

To do so, add the items to your cart as you normally would on a sale. When you are at the checkout screen, you will see a box in the bottom right-hand corner. Click **Donate. **

Type in the amount of the donation, choose a category (if applicable), and click **Apply**. To edit or remove the donation once added, click **Edit** or **Clear** from the same box.

Once a donation is added, the ability to comp. the entire order will be removed. If you want to sell comp tickets and accept a donation in the same order, we recommend setting up an admin-only $0 ticket price. When you are selecting the ticket prices on the previous page, you can choose the $0 price. Then, add your donation. Otherwise, you can comp the ticket order and then [Process a Donation](docId\:dNx9F38GZADa7psFLfIXC) in a separate order.
