If you are familiar with the [Notices](docId\:KwCp0nsE58ZlxBQyyeLcD) feature within Ludus, you will know that you can display custom messaging throughout the Ludus page and ticket-buying experience. These notice fields also allow you to insert videos and images. 

### Adding an Image

When editing a notice (*Suggested Article****: ***[Add Global Notices](docId\:JGE79ZCRS91lsoAx6FlFY)), follow the steps below to add an image.

Click the image icon from the toolbar.

Choose the desired image from your files.

Click **Submit**.

You can click the image itself to add a caption, change alternative text, and adjust the alignment.

### Adding a Video

When editing a notice (*Suggested Article****: ***[Add Global Notices](docId\:JGE79ZCRS91lsoAx6FlFY)), follow the steps below to add a video.

The video will need to be hosted on a site such as YouTube or Vimeo.

Click the **Insert Media** button.

Add the URL of the video to the box and click the **checkmark icon** (✅).
