When patrons purchase tickets, they have the ability to print their tickets at home, have them digitally sent to their email (for use on mobile devices), or mark them to be picked up at Will Call. Each of these options can be turned off / on at your discretion!

Change Ticket Retrieval Settings

In your Ludus admin panel, click the Options dropdown next to your show, and select Settings.
On the "Settings" page, you can change the ticket retrieval settings under Retrieval by checking / unchecking Printing, Digital, and Will Call. Be sure to Update Show when done!
