To ask your purchasers additional questions (beyond name, email, phone number, and street address), use the Forms feature. Forms can be attached to various transactions throughout Ludus. Follow the steps below to attach them to your Collection.

Navigate to **Collections** --> **Standard**.

Next to the name of the desired Collection, click **Options** --> **Settings**.

Scroll to the section titled "Form" and choose the Form you created in Step 1 from the dropdown menu.
