Attach a Form to a Collection

To ask your purchasers additional questions (beyond name, email, phone number, and street address), use the Forms feature. Forms can be attached to various transactions throughout Ludus. Follow the steps below to attach them to your Collection.
Create the Form you want to use. To learn how to do this, check out this article.

Navigate to Collections --> Standard.
Next to the name of the desired Collection, click Options --> Settings.
Scroll to the section titled "Form" and choose the Form you created in Step 1 from the dropdown menu.
Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
