Attach a Form to a Pass
Forms are found throughout Ludus and are a way to collect additional information from purchasers beyond name, email, phone number, and address. To learn more about Forms and the various fields you can set up, check out this article. Suggested Article: Forms
Before going to attach it, make sure you have built your Form. To learn how to do this, check out our article. Suggested Article: Create a Form
From the top navigation bar, click More --> Passes.
Next to the desired Pass, click Edit.
Scroll down to the section titled "Form"
From the drop-down menu, select the form you'd like to attach.
Click Save Changes.
If there are any forms attached to events/tickets within a Season Ticket, patrons will also be asked to fill those out during checkout.
