Every time a patron makes a purchase, donation, registration, or similar action, Ludus creates a patron profile based on their email address. Audiences are a great way to segment your patrons based on various factors such as purchase history, custom tags, and more. **

To view and manage your Audiences, navigate to ** Patrons** --> **Audiences**.
