Your Ludus ticketing portal has two sides: the **patron side** and the **admin panel**.

The *patron *side allows patrons to purchase tickets online prior to your event. (This is limited to card sales.)

-The *admin* panel allows you to not only manage ticket sales but also sell tickets yourself (serving as your Box Office). After you add event times, you'll find a **New Order **button next to each time, which can be used to process sales as Credit, Cash, or Comp.

Regardless of the side, everything is updated in real-time, so you'll never have to worry about double-selling tickets.

In a general sense, selling from your box office is as simple as locating the event, class, collection, pass, etc., and then clicking **New Order** or **Sell**. For more specifics about a process, check out the sections below!
