Collect alumni information

With Ludus, you have the ability to ask each patron if they are alumni of your program. You can export this information (i.e. email, address, etc.) and contact them later. This information can be helpful if you wish to reach out to alumni or simply know if alumni are coming back to attend events!

Turning on Alumni Information Collection

Click the Settings wheel icon (⚙️) in the upper right-hand corner of your admin panel.

From the General tab, scroll to the section titled Alumni Info and click Yes.

Click Save Settings at the bottom of the page.

Turning this setting on will ensure your patrons are asked, "Are you an alumnus of this program?" as they check out. If they are, they can enter what year they graduated.

Where to view Alumni Information

To view Alumni Information in a report:

Navigate to Reports --> Orders from the top navigation bar.

At the bottom of the page, make sure to check the box for Alumni Year.

Pro Tip: To export this information, simply select one of the "CSV" buttons at the top of the report page. This will download the report to your computer for you to view, upload to a mailing list, etc.
