Create Add-Ons

add ons don't have their own separate page within ludus we have built add ons to attach easily to a specific event, collection, or class this makes things simple for both you and your patrons initial set up go to the event, collection, or class to which you'd like to attach add ons and click pricing > add ons to create a new add on, click the green +add on button to copy from another event/collection, click copy from another event suggested article copy add ons from another event docid\ ierczz0c yj3uzozgrwxh fill out the applicable settings for your add ons terms and definitions are found at the bottom of the page click done to save user terms and definitions name the title of the add on overall (e g t shirt) image an optional image that will be displayed above the add on to give patrons a visual of what they will be buying description an optional field where you can elaborate on the details of the add on assignment which event times/class times this add on is available for suggested article attach add ons to specific event time(s) docid\ l2xgmn4j3po1mrfpmgrml variants different variations of the same base add on an example would be a t shirt with multiple size options your add on will need one variant variant name the title of your variant (e g small t shirt) price the cost of the add on inventory the total number of this specific variant that you have available to sell limit per patron a limit to how many of this specific add on a patron can purchase suggested article set limits on add ons docid\ f dv 4abc8gaw g33glod access who has access to purchase the add on suggested article set limits on add ons docid\ f dv 4abc8gaw g33glod custom fees collect additional custom fees on this price type suggested article custom fees advanced options advanced options special passcode a passcode that will protect the add on users will need to insert the code to purchase the add on attach to ticket price connect this add on to a specific ticket price and only have it appear if they are choosing that ticket price by default, patrons will be required to select an option for the add on that is attached to the ticket price (great for dinner theatre) there is an additional setting you can choose to make the attached add on optional suggested article attach add ons to a specific ticket price docid\ lsibvnqctkfugvp fgomy disable transfers prevent this add on from being transferred to another patron should you allow that setting on the event in general (only present on event add ons) disable pay later by checking this box you will prevent patrons from being able to request an invoice at checkout (only present on add on's attached to collections and classes) suggested article pay later (link needed) form collect additional information from purchasers aside from name, email, phone number, and address availability the window in which sales will be available for the add on tax exempt do not collect taxes for this add 0n (only appears when sales tax is in use on the account) suggested article taxes
