There are three main ways that patrons can manage their tickets. To stay digital and save time and paper, you and your patrons can use the "Digital" ticket option. Digital tickets can be sent via email to the address on file for the order or via text to a cell phone.

 - Of the three ticket printing options (Print, Digital, Will Call), you can choose which options are available to your patrons. You and your box office admins will have access to all three options.  

When a patron purchases tickets, they must enter their name and email before completing the purchase. This ensures that we can send them order confirmations and that you can keep track of your patrons.

After they have completed their purchase, if you have the digital ticket option available, patrons can click

If you or your patrons enter a mobile phone number on the order, they can also have a link to their digital tickets texted to them. They can click the link in their text messages and view their digital tickets. They can easily add their tickets to their Apple Wallet if desired.

For patrons who are utilizing an iOS device for their digital tickets, they can click a handy link on their digital tickets to have them added directly to their Apple Wallet. This will make it incredibly simple to pull up their tickets when they are at your event.
