Math is not everyone's friend. Therefore, Ludus has a cash tender calculator you can use when accepting cash payments in your admin panel. Once you click the cash button, you can click the amount of cash that the patron gave and the system will calculate the change due.

All cash collected in person is managed by your organization. Ludus will include it in your reports, so you can ensure everything is tracked accurately. The actual handling and depositing of cash is at the discretion of your organization.

**The cash tender calculator is turned on by default. To disable/enable this in the future:**

Click the **Settings wheel icon** (⚙️) in the upper right-hand corner of your admin panel.

From the **General** tab, scroll to the section titled **Cash Tender Calculator** and click **Yes** or **No** accordingly.

Click **Save Settings** at the bottom of the page.
