When patrons purchase tickets, they have the ability to print their tickets at home, have them digitally sent to their mobile device (SMS, email, or Apple Wallet), or mark them to be picked up at Will Call (learn how to print Will Call here).
Each of these options can be turned off/on at your discretion on a per event basis.
Change Ticket Retrieval Settings
In your Ludus admin panel, click the More dropdown next to your event, and select Settings.
On the "Settings" page, you can change the ticket retrieval settings under Retrieval by checking / unchecking Printing, Digital, and Will Call. Be sure to Update Event when done!
Note: many patrons like to "Print-at-Home" and are finally comfortable doing so — we recommend keeping print-at-home enabled to offer options to all patrons of different technology comfort levels.
