Enable click tracking

To capture what patrons are clicking within your email campaigns, click Marketing --> Settings. Then, under the section titled "Options" click the box labeled Click Tracking.

When you go to view a campaign, you can view the overall number of clicks next to the name of the Campaign on the main listing.

If you'd like to see specifically which patrons have clicked the email, click View next to the desired campaign and scroll to the bottom of the page. There, you can choose the Clicked tab and see the patrons that have done so.

When click tracking is active you can see the date and time that your patron opened the email by hovering over the Opened Status indicator to the right of their name on the Opened tab.
