Our Gift Cards feature can be enabled for any account simply by writing in chat and requesting Gift Cards to be enabled.

 - Gift cards are capped at $2,000. You are not able to create one larger than that and would need to do separate gift cards.

The Gift Cards feature in Ludus is a great way for your patrons to purchase Gift Cards for friends or family that can then be redeemed on your Ludus account.

Once enabled by the Customer Support team (via the chat in the lower-right corner of your account), you can start sending Gift Cards or make them available for your patrons to purchase. For patrons, this feature will be available on the patron site under the Gift Cards tab.
