Glossary of Statuses
As you work through Ludus, you will notice various statuses (depending on where you are in the product). While some of these are obvious, some status terms may need clarification. Please see below for the various statuses you might see.
Patron Orders
When you search a patron's order (via the search bar/magnifying glass), you might see the following statuses:
Released: Tickets (seats) have been released, but the money has not been refunded. Released tickets are available to be purchased again.
Partially Released: Some of the Tickets (seats) have been released, but the money has not been refunded. Released tickets are available to be purchased again.
Refunded: Tickets (except fees) have been refunded to the patron, and the tickets are released.
Partially Refunded: Some of the Tickets have been refunded to the patron (except fees), and those tickets are also released.
Archived: The patron's order is from an archived event (a past event).
From Transfer: When the order shows that it was created through a patron ticket transfer. (IE - mom/dad transfer the tickets to grandma/grandpa.)
Patron Passes
When you search a patron's pass (via the search bar/magnifying glass), you might see the following statuses:
Tickets Left: If the patron has a pass with tickets left, that will show up next to the date purchased.
Disabled: This will show if you manually disable the pass or you have refunded the pass (which automatically disables it). To see which of these it is, simply click on the pass, and that information will show along the top.
When an order that used a Flex Pass has tickets refunded/released from that order, that single ticket(s) will show as returned to pass.
Patron Donations
When you go to Fundraisers -> Donations, you will see all donations and the status/where they have come from (the color boxes in the center of the report).
Credit: The patron paid for the donation via credit card.
Cash: The patron paid for the donation via cash.
Other Payment Options (like Checks) The patron paid for the donation via that method.
Refunded: The patron's donation has been refunded to them (by an account admin).
Ticket: The patron has chosen to donate the money they paid for a released ticket. When releasing the ticket on the admin site, you can mark that ticket as donated if the patron requests to donate it.
