households are a way to view the spending habits of a household for instance, a married couple might have separate patron profiles but be viewed as a household for spending statistics note t he household dashboard is only visible to users that have full admin permissions you can create and edit households one of two ways using the household dashboard by creating the household on the patron record itself suggested article create a household the household dashboard the household dashboard is used to create, view, and edit household accounts for your group here you have the option to create a new household view the existing households and their members assign accounts to a household edit the household delete a household record create a new household navigate to patrons and select households click on new household enter a household name, this will also populate the unique household id field which you can change if desired locate the new household you just created and click assign to patrons select the patron records to add to the household by checking the boxes next to the name you can search via the search bar to locate the records, then when done click save click create this will create the household and bring you back to the household management screen household breakdown once a household is created, you can access specific information (including spending stats) to access this information from here, you can select go to patrons (at the top of your account) > households once there, select the household you wish to look at when you open each household, you will see spending stats this will show how much has been spent on tickets donations passes collections add ons notes and members this section will highlight any notes created by the admin on your account, as well as the members of the household household activity in ludus finally, the last section will show activity from the household this ranges from purchases to opened emails view members of an existing household to view members of a household click on the down arrow located in the center of the screen, next to the number of members this will expand the household to show each member remove/edit members of a household to remove an existing member of a household, expand the household on the dashboard by clicking the arrow to open the dashboard and then click the remove button next to any records to remove delete a household record to delete a household record completely, click the delete icon on the far right of the household on the dashboard edit a household name to edit the name of an already established household click on the edit icon on the right of the dashboard this will open up the name and allow you to change and save it
