In-Kind Donations

In-Kind donations are donations of goods or services that are not standard monetary donations. Account admins can process these types of donations on the fundraising pages.
Recording an In-kind donation
Navigate to Fundraising and then select Donations.
Click New Donation
Select the In-kind option.
Enter the Fair Market Value of the In-Kind Donation as well as a Memo/Description, in addition to all the information you would like to have on the donation, and click the button to Collect (Record) the donation.
The In-Kind donation has now been recorded. You will be returned to the Donations screen and will see the donation listed there with the In-Kind label applied.
About In-Kind Donations
- In-Kind donations are not included in the Summary, Revenue, or Itemized reports.
- They are shown on the donations page with their own total directly below the collected amount.
- The Donation report includes filters for "In-Kind" donations and totals.
