### Unbox your Device

Once you have received your Mobile Reader from Ludus, you will want to unbox and charge the reader. There is a charging cable in the box with your reader.

### Add Mobile Reader to your Admin Panel

You will need to add your Mobile Reader(s) to your admin panel. This is done by clicking the **Settings wheel icon** in the upper right-hand corner and navigating to the **Payments** tab.

### Download the Ludus app for your Mobile Reader

To use the Mobile Reader, you’ll need a mobile device (like a phone or tablet) with our app installed and a computer with the Ludus website pulled up, where you’ll enter sales. Your mobile device acts as the communication device between the Mobile Reader and your computer or laptop. There are two apps, depending on whether you are using an Android or iOS device.

### Log in to the app

Once downloaded, log in to the app using your subdomain, username, and password.

### Pair the reader with your app

You are now ready to create the connection between your mobile reader, mobile device, and computer. On the app, click **Pair With Reader**. Then, next to the desired reader, click **Connect**.

### Sell tickets!

Once you have successfully paired the Mobile Reader, you are ready to start accepting payments from your admin panel. Simply create a new order like you normally would. Then, from the checkout screen, click **Credit** --> **Send to Terminal** from the pop-up menu.
