Once you have downloaded the appropriate app on your iOS or Android mobile device, you can open the app and log in. There are two ways to log in to the app. Check out the drop-down menus below. 

### Log in with your username and password

Anyone with a user account can log in to the Ludus account. Once you open the app:

From the login screen, insert your subdomain, username, and password.

Do ***NOT*** include ".ludus.com" when entering the subdomain.

### Log in with the Mobile Access Code

We recognize that many programs have volunteers and non-administrator staff working the box office and ticket sales. We also realize that remembering complex usernames, passwords, and organization subdomains is not always easy! Therefore, we have designed a secure login feature that will allow your various Ludus admins to access a temporary access code and account secret for a seamless and simple mobile login.

To log in with a mobile access code:

On your admin panel, click **More** on the top navigation bar and then select the **Mobile Apps** option.

Open your Mobile Reader app and click **Use access code & account secret**.

Use the codes displayed on your Admin Panel to fill in the "Access Code" and "Account Secret" on your app.

There are two different Access Codes for your account. One will be a constant for your account while the other is temporary and refreshes after 24 hours. This is useful if you are handing out login information to volunteers and/or other admins who should not have constant access to your account credentials.
