## What are mobile access codes?

We recognize that many programs have volunteers and non-administrator staff working the box office and ticket sales. We also realize that remembering complex usernames, passwords, and organization subdomains is not always easy! Therefore, we have designed a secure login feature that will allow your various Ludus admins to access a temporary access code and account secret for a seamless and simple mobile login.

When using **Mobile Access Codes**, these users will not be able to sell Concession items.

They will have access to the **Check-In**, **Reader**, and **Settings** (to log out).

## How to find mobile access codes?

If your organization is actively using the mobile terminal, you will have an icon in your Ludus  Admin dashboard located under **More**, on the top navigation bar that resembles a mobile phone in the upper right-hand corner. Click the icon.

Then, scroll to the section titled "Logging in and Access Codes". Use these codes during the login process for your mobile app ([Ludus Mobile](docId\:dKY5cIv0O2E9R-Cpu8tVf) or [Ludus Mobile Terminal (Android)](docId\:BP20OC8qVe2QJ9blVP7c8))

## FAQs

### When do the 24 Hour codes reset?

These codes will reset automatically every 24 hours. Anyone who is logged in using one of those 24-hour mobile access codes will not be automatically logged out when the code resets.
