Notices
One of the most powerful ways to connect with your patrons during the purchase process is the Notices feature. This feature can be used for Events, Collections, Classes, Donations, confirmation emails, and so much more. When using the Notices feature, you can communicate additional information about your tickets, keep them up to date on any changes they should be aware of, or just post general notes. These notices are completely customizable so you are never stuck with messaging that doesn't fit your organization.
When using Notices, it's good to know that one type of Notice does not override any other Notice, but they can cause a doubling up of Information.
For example, if you have a Global Notice in your Confirmation Email and an Event Notice, the patron will see both in their confirmation email (just in different locations).
