One of the most powerful ways to connect with your patrons during the purchase process is the Notices feature. 

This feature can be used for Events, Collections, Classes, Donations, confirmation emails, and so much more. When using the Notices feature, you can communicate additional information about your tickets, keep them up to date on any changes they should be aware of, or just post general notes. These notices are completely customizable, so you are never stuck with messaging that doesn't fit your organization.

Notices are the perfect way to connect with your patrons outside of messaging them (via events or Campaigns). If you want to share extra information (before or after the buying process), we recommend setting up Notices for that.

Ludus was built for the performing arts by people who care about them, and we want to make your life easier. The Notice feature can be used in a variety of locations:
