There are three main ticket delivery options within Ludus. When you set up an event, you can choose which options are available to patrons. However, as an admin, you will have access to all three options at all times to accommodate any scenarios that may arise. Check out each option below to learn more.

## Printing

If you'd like to print tickets for patrons, you have several options. By default, tickets you print from the box office will print to a standard 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper.

Tickets will print four to a page to save your organization paper.

### Thermal printing

Ludus is also compatible with thermal printers such as Boca or Dymo. Once you have set up your printer, clicking print from your admin panel will send those tickets over to your device. To learn more about thermal printing, check out this article.

### Digital

Save paper by sending tickets digitally. When you click the **Digital** retrieval option, you will be able to send via email or text. Emailed tickets will appear directly in the body of the email, and texted tickets will have a link that will take patrons directly to a page with their tickets. From either location, patrons will be able to add tickets to their Apple or Google Wallets should they desire.

### Will Call

Will-Call tickets will be stored in a list that you can print before the event. When you or a patron chooses "Will-Call" as the retrieval option, you will see the number of tickets added to the **"Pickups"** button on your main **Events** tab. It is up to you and your organization to decide whether you'd like to print your Will Call list or simply manage those patrons using our Ludus Access Control check-in app.
