Ludus is a 100% automated system, meaning as sales come in, your proceeds are instantly collected and sent to you so you can sit back and relax. You do not have to manage a separate payment account — we handle everything for you.

The second of the two options within Ludus is paper checks. Paper checks are a flexible way for your organization to receive your proceeds. With paper checks, you can have multiple payment options. Then, on an event-by-event basis, you can choose where the check is being sent. At the end of an event, you can click a button to request proceeds and have a check cut.
