When a patron purchases an item through your Ludus account, depending on your payout method, they will see one of 2 things for their payment descriptor:

1. **Paper Check payout accounts** - These will show as LUDUS.COM \* \[Your group's name] for the descriptor.
   1. Example: LUDUS.COM \* STAGE PLAYERS
2. **Direct Deposit payout accounts** - These will show *just* your account's name as the statement descriptor
   1. Example: STAGE PLAYERS
