Place limits on a Collection
Within a Collection, you are able to place limits on the number of purchasers before a Collection becomes unavailable. Additionally, you can limit how many of each fee are purchased.
Place Overall limits on a Collection
To set a limit, navigate to Collections --> Standard.
Then, next to the name of the desired Collection, click Options --> Settings.
Scroll down to the section titled "Additional Options".
For Registration Limit, click the check box that says "Limit total registrations" and insert the desired cap.
Click Save Changes.
Limit the number of Fees per patron
To set a per-fee limit, navigate to Collections --> Standard.
Then, next to the name of the desired Collection, click Pricing --> Fees.
Next to the desired fee, click Edit.
Next to the "Limit Per Patron" section, click the checkbox.
Insert the desired cap and click Save Changes.
Limit the total inventory for Fees on a Collection
To set a per-fee limit, navigate to Collections --> Standard.
Then, next to the name of the desired Collection, click Pricing --> Fees.
Next to the desired fee, click Edit.
At the bottom of the page, click Advanced Options
Next to the "Total Inventory" section, click the box that says "Set total inventory for this price" and insert the desired cap.
Click Save Changes.
