# Print a Seating Chart

Through Ludus Seating Charts, you can print off your chart and use it in any way that might benefit your group. This can be used by ushers or at the box office window if there is a need for a blank seating chart on the day of an event.

## Steps to print a blank Seating Chart

To print a blank seating chart:

From the top navigation bar, click **More** --> **Seating Charts**.

Next to the desired seating chart, click **Edit**.

From the top toolbar, click the **Print icon** (🖨)

## Steps to print a Seating Chart with seat numbers and taken seats

If you'd like to print a seating chart that shows the seats that have already been taken for the event time (including the seat numbers:

On the main **Events** tab, click **New Order** next to the desired event time.

On the right side of the seating chart, click the **Print icon** (🖨)

Printing a seating chart will only reflect the sales that are made at the time of printing. We recommend viewing the seating chart from your Ludus admin panel whenever possible for the most accurate information about which seats have been sold.
