There are three main ways that patrons can manage their tickets. If they or your organization prefers physical tickets, you will want to utilize printed tickets. There are two main types of ticket printing: tickets printed at home by patrons and tickets printed at the box office by your organization.

Of the three ticket printing options (Print, Digital, Will Call), you can choose which options are available to your patrons. You and your box office admins will have access to all three options at all times.

### Print-At-Home

Patrons can print their tickets using any standard 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper. Once they have completed their order, they can click **Print,** and their tickets will be printed on a standard 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper.

### Box Office Printing

**Basic Printing (8.5 x 11)**

Once you complete an order, you can click the **Print** button to print the tickets for that order. By default, box office printed tickets are printed on a standard 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper. Tickets will print four to a side to save your organization paper.

When Thermal Printing is enabled in your account for printing via devices like Boca and STIMARE, there are multiple options for you to choose from:

- **Basic Printing - Thermal (5.5x2)** — this uses your browser's built-in print dialog to print tickets directly to your thermal ticket printer, ideal for standard 5.5x2 inch ticket stock. - **Basic Printing - DYMO** — this uses your browser's built-in print dialog to print tickets directly to a DYMO 450 printer.
- **Direct Thermal Printing** — for thermal printing using FGL, you'll install a program called QZ Tray that allows Ludus to communicate directly with your thermal printer to send the FGL commands.
