Event-Level Recognized Revenue Reporting allows an account admin to set recognized revenue values for different ticket prices in a Flex Pass or a Flat Dollar Amount Season Ticket.

This can be found under **More** -> **Passes** -> **Create or Edit a pass**, and scroll down to **Ticket Types.**

From here, you can select to have those enabled for event-level reporting.

Essentially, when enabled, a $20 ticket may be worth $18 in a flex pass, and that number can be reported as $18 in reports.

This also means there are now two reports under Summary and Revenue: Cash Basis and Recognized Revenue. By default (per the norm), all reports are cash basis, so account admin will not notice a difference if you do not need Recognized Revenue reporting, but for those who do need it, you can click the **Recognized Revenue** tab.

Simply go to **Reports** (next to the event) -> **Revenue** -> **Recognized Revenue** to view this information.

Additionally, you can find it under **Reports **-> **Summary** -> **Recognized Revenue**.
