When you choose direct deposits for your proceeds method in Ludus, you will choose whether you want to receive deposits daily, weekly, or monthly. Regardless of the rate, you can reconcile individual reports or view a reconciliation report that contains multiple deposits (e.g., you receive daily deposits but want to reconcile a week's worth of reports in one report.

To get your deposit information to QuickBooks, simply export the CSV of the proceeds after following the Reconciliation directions below. That way, the information can be imported directly into QuickBooks.

To do this:

In the top navigation bar, click&#x20;**&#x20;Reports** --> **Proceeds**.

From the list of deposits, check the box for each deposit you'd like to reconcile.

Click **Reconcile** to pull a report for the selected deposits.

You'll now get a reconciliation report that breaks down your deposit(s) by events, donations, etc. You'll also see a "Transactions" feed of all payments by type so you can easily export and import into things like QuickBooks, or build quick pivot tables in Excel.

You can reconcile more than one deposit at a time, too!

&#x20;If you are seeing a negative balance when reconciling your deposits, it is more than likely because you have refunded and the funds have been pulled from your bank account to cover the refund.
