Reporting Dashboard

Whether you are viewing an account-wide overview or a specific Event, Collection, or Class, each reporting area within Ludus has a Dashboard. The dashboard is best for a super high-level overview of sales.

At the top of the dashboard, you will see quick stats for the specified area (account-wide, events, classes, etc.) and an area graph showing sales totals over time.

Below the main overview, you can view and easily navigate to any of the reports available in that area.

To view your account-wide reporting Dashboard, click Reports (at the top of your admin panel) -> Dashboard.

The four main stats on the Global Dashboard are:

Click Events from the top navigation bar to view your reporting Dashboard for a specific event. Then, next to the desired event, click Reports --> Dashboard.

The five main stats on an Event Reporting Dashboard are:

To view your reporting Dashboard for a specific Collection, click Collections --> Standard from the top navigation bar. Then, next to the desired Collection, click Reports --> Dashboard.

The four main stats on a Collection Reporting Dashboard are:

To view your reporting Dashboard for a specific Class, click Collections --> Classes from the top navigation bar. Then, next to the desired class, click Reports --> Dashboard.
