Require patrons to input phone number or street address

On the public patron side, they must input at least their name and email before completing their purchase. This ensures that they receive their ticket confirmation and you have a record of that patron in your system. If they'd like, they can also input their phone number and street address. However, it is not required by default. If your organization would like to make that information required from patrons at checkout:

Click the Settings wheel icon (⚙️) in the upper right-hand corner of your admin panel.

This will bring you to the General tab.

Toward the bottom of the page, you will see two options Require Phone Number and Require Address click On for each item you'd like to require.

Click Save Settings at the bottom of the page.
