Send an Email to Ticket Holders

The first step is deciding who you'd like to message. You can send a mass message to ticket holders for the entire event or just one specific event time. To send a message to ticket holders for all event times, click More (next to the event title) --> Messages. For just one specific event time, click Options (next to the event time) --> Messages.

Then, type in your subject line and body for the email. Click Send Message to finish.

All replies to the email will be sent to the main contact email on your account. To change this email, click the Settings wheel icon (⚙️) in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Then, insert the desired email under "Contact Email".
