Set an account-wide logo
The branding tool within Ludus allows you to have your brand's logo prominently displayed throughout the ticket-buying experience. Whether it is on the top banner of your main ticketing page or at the top of your confirmations, you can make sure that your branding is visible.
To upload your account logo:
Click the Settings wheel icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
Click the Design Tool tab and navigate to the Header tab.
Next to Header Logo click Choose File and select the image from your computer.
Click Save Design to see the changes.
Pro-Tip: Some logos might look better on a wider banner. To change the width of your header, click the drop-down menu next to Header Size. Click Save Design to preview the new width.
Header: The logo that you set within the design tool will appear on the header for your Ludus ticketing portal. This header remains in place throughout all pages while your patron navigates through the process.
Emails: Additionally, this logo will appear on transaction emails set from your Ludus account. Whether it is a confirmation email, an email about abandoned carts, or donation notifications, they will all have your logo along with the color you set for your header.
Digital Tickets: When a patron chooses the digital ticket retrieval option they will receive an email that contains their scannable tickets. Additionally, if they click the link to view the tickets in a browser, they will have your logo at the top of the page.
