whether for an email blast, social media post, or marketing graphics, you may wish to include a direct link or qr code that will take patrons directly to your collection(s) types of links public share link an open link that directs people to the listing this will only function when the event is turned on to the public private share link a hidden link that gives patrons access to an event that is otherwise turned off publicly this is a great way to provide early access, in addition to access codes qr code a scannable image that will take patrons directly to the desired page in a web browser only for public links get a direct link/qr code for an individual collection to do so, navigate to collections > standard next to the desired collection, click options > share the proceeding screen will have three ways to share access public share link this is a direct link that will take patrons to just this collection it is best for email links and social media posts qr code this is a scannable code that can be added to any material click the image to download the qr code it is best for posters and other graphics private share link this is a direct link that can be used to give early access to patrons while the collection is turned off publicly if patrons use this link, they will be able to make a purchase even if the collection is turned "off " it is best for early access in a special email or social media push note it is important to share all links as they are shown on your share page adding the "www" prefix to a link in ludus will prevent your link from working note when you use the qr code for a collection, it is a direct link to that collection this means when scanned your patrons will be taken to this collection and not see other collections, events, or classes without clicking your navigation buttons to see your other pages if you prefer to use one qr code that is for your overall account (splash page, or ludus events page) an account qr code is available to use instructions to get your account qr code can be found here
