Shopping Carts within Ludus remain active for as long as there is interaction with the order.  If interaction stops, the cart will automatically become "Abandoned" after 15 minutes of inactivity. This simply means that the sale was never completed, and the tickets were released.

When an order moves to the checkout screen, a 5-minute timer begins and is displayed to allow time for patrons to complete the payment information. Should more time be needed, three methods can be used to reset the timer.
