Copy a Seating Chart from another account

At some point, you might want to copy a chart from another Ludus account, or perhaps you would like to have your chart transferred to another Ludus account. This is a simple process that can be accomplished in a single step. To have a seating chart copied over, you will want to write to customer support with the following information:

Once customer support has that information, they will be able to transfer the chart over instantly from one account to another. The chart will then be available under 

Any edits or adjustments made to the chart will NOT affect the account it was copied to or from.
