Automations are messaged that are scheduled to go out on a specific date or time before or after event times to purchasers of an event ticket, collection, or class.
These are great for the following:
- Sending a reminder to ticket holders or purchasers of a class.
- Can include the patron log in link so patrons can retrieve their tickets.
- Information about the event includes:
- Specific parking messages
- Local places to dine before or after the event.
- Other events in the area are going on near the event so people can plan to arrive early / avoid traffic
- Pre or Post-event Surveys or questionnaires.
- General information prior to class.
