The Global Volunteer Report provides a look into your volunteers and the shifts they have signed up for on Ludus (through the [Volunteer Management](docId\:wuvALGBbjVlTFLyS2yhvx) feature).

*This report includes:*

- The Volunteer's **Name**
- The Volunteer's **Email**
- The Volunteer's **Phone Number **(if provided/required)
- The **Opportunity** the Volunteer signed up for
- The **Shift** the Volunteer signed up for
- The **Role** the Volunteer signed up for
- When that volunteer position was **Approved**

*Additionally*, when searching the **Volunteer Report**, you can search by patron name/email/phone number, and the criteria for the search can be set:

- Volunteer Role
- Date Range
