Volunteers Report

The Global Volunteer Report provides a look into your volunteers and the shifts they have signed up for on Ludus (through the Volunteer Management feature).
This report includes:
- The Volunteer's Name
- The Volunteer's Email
- The Volunteer's Phone Number (if provided/required)
- The Opportunity the Volunteer signed up for
- The Shift the Volunteer signed up for
- The Role the Volunteer signed up for
- When that volunteer position was Approved
Additionally, when searching the Volunteer Report, you can search by patron name/email/phone number, and the criteria for the search can be set:
- Volunteer Role
- Date Range
The Volunteer Report can be exported as a CSV anytime.
