Waitlist Management
While a Waitlist is active for an event, it can easily be managed from the Waitlist dashboard. On this dashboard, you will be able to manage the Waitlist queue, but also view and access other information important to the management of the list.
At the top of the Waitlist Dashboard you will be able to access:
- Days until the event
- Tickets (amounts) requested by patrons on the list
- Patrons waiting for tickets
These can be used to monitor ticket sales and what is available for patrons who have chosen to join your waitlist.
From here you can adjust and update the settings for the Waitlist as needed.
- Sales - Turn the waitlist event time sales on/off to the public.
- Waitlist - Turn the ability to join the waitlist on/off to the public.
- Expiration Time - Update and change how long patrons have to retrieve and purchase tickets once that invitation is sent.
- Queue Visibility - Update whether the patrons can see where they are in the queue.
Additionally, above the settings, you can access the ticket list and release tickets as needed.
Finally, the Waitlist section is where all updates and monitoring of the queue will happen. From here you can view everyone on the list and a breakdown of those:
- Waiting - Still waiting for tickets.
- Sent - Those sent the ability to claim tickets.
- Claimed - Those who have already claimed tickets.
- Void - Those who have been removed from the list.
Additionally, you will be able to view all activity on the Waitlist. This includes all account users with this access and tasks they have performed on this dashboard.
The waitlist settings tab allows you to review and adjust all settings for the event.
