Washington State ASB Compliance

7min

Ludus works with multiple school districts in the state of Washington following ASB guidelines, making Ludus an ASB-compliant ticketing vendor.

PCI-compliant and certified

  • Ludus is PCI compliant and certified, undergoing an annual audit verifying our compliance and security practices. We have an SAQ-D on file we can provide if needed.

Daily deposits for events, made intact to Washington State banks

  • All funds are immediately deposited to your processing account within Ludus and sent to your bank intact (ticket price + fees) on a daily basis. Each deposit comes with a detailed report breaking down by event, tickets, etc.

Daily receipt/sales reconciliation data

  • All receipts/sales are kept track of in real-time, so a report can be generated at any time to reconcile sales data for any period of time. There is no delay in reporting or reconciliation.

Invoicing

  • Since deposits are made intact, Ludus will invoice on a monthly or quarterly basis the fees owed to Ludus. Monthly or quarterly is determined based on your preference.

An annual contract is available which specifically lays out the terms and pricing

  • While Ludus by default is a no lock-in service, an annual or multi-year contract can be signed by both parties laying out the terms and pricing for the product. We work with a few schools that require this, so we can simply send a contract over for your review when the time comes.

No reserves are held

  • Ludus does not reserve or keep any funds on hold!

HB1660 fee waivers and discounts

  • Create discount codes, passcode-protected ticket prices, memberships that unlock special reduced prices, or do in-person admin sales.
