Add-Ons
With Ludus, you have the ability to sell additional items other than tickets while tracking inventory, sales stats, order details, and more.
What can this feature help with?
Order Add-Ons allow you to sell anything that isn't a ticket, such as merchandise, flower bouquets, desserts, and more. Add-ons can be attached to any Event, Collection, or Class within Ludus.
Why use this feature?
If you have additional items that you wish to sell, but don't want to list them as a fee or ticket, this is a great way to accomplish that.
What makes this feature so special?
Ludus was built for the performing arts by people who care about them, and we want to make your life easier. The Add-Ons feature in Ludus lets you create and customize your additional items (from descriptions to the ticket they are attached to).
Additionally, you can copy items from Retail to use as Add-Ons!
So how does this feature work?
For Add-Ons, you can get started under any Collection, Class, or Event. These can be added like a ticket or fee, but instead, you will select to add an Add-On to it. Once created, this can be available under that Collection, Class, or Event for patrons, or you can tie it to a specific ticket or fee.
How do I create Add-Ons?
Initial Setup
Go to the Event, Collection, or Class to which you'd like to attach Add-Ons and click Pricing --> Add-Ons.
To create a new Add-On, click the green +Add-On button. To copy from another event/collection, click Copy from another event.

Fill out the applicable settings for your Add-Ons. Terms and definitions are found at the bottom of the page
Click Done to save
