Add or Remove Team Members to your Direct Deposit Account.
Once you have a direct deposit account created you can invite an additional user to be an administrator of the direct deposit account. You may wish to set this up with a secondary email/phone number to have a backup method should the main admin no longer be active with your group.
Log in to your direct Deposit account either through the Settings -> Payment page on Ludus by clicking to update your account. Or log in directly at https://connect.stripe.com/express_login
Click the person Icon at the top of the page
Click on Ludus under Platform Settings.
On the modal that opens select Invite and Remove under the Team Members section
Click Add Team Member. You will then be asked to enter the email of the team member to add to your account.
The invited team member will get an email to accept the invitation. When they accept they will be asked for the phone number for verification. Once they have provided a phone number they are added to the account and have full access to edit settings such as your payout schedule and direct deposit account settings.
