Adding Students into Ludus is simple and is great for tracking class attendees and credit through the student credit feature. Students can be added individually or through a bulk import. This will walk you through how to add those students individually. Check out the drop-down menus below for the method that best suits your needs.



Students will also be automatically added to your student list if they are signing up for a Class through your Ludus account.

If you have a large list of students you would like to import into the Ludus system, you can bulk import from the Students tab. To do so:

Create a CSV file of your student information. Each bit of information should be in its own column. At a minimum, the file should include the student's first name, last name, and email.

Here's a sample of what that CSV could look like and the information that can be imported.

Once you have your list, click More --> Students from the top navigation bar.

At the top of the Students page, click More --> Import Students.

From the import tool, choose the file you'd like to upload and click Continue.

Use the drop-down menus for the columns to ensure that they match up with the field you want to import.

Click Import.

Larger lists (1,000+ rows) might take a few moments to import. If you experience issues, please contact Ludus support.
