While you can attach a Form to every ticket sold for an Event, there might be times when you only want to ask the questions on a form if they choose a specific ticket price. (i.e., You have a VIP price and standard price, and you only want to ask specific questions for people who pick the VIP price). The steps below outline the process of attaching a Form.
Before going to attach the Form, make sure you have built your Form. To learn how to do this, check out our article. Suggested Article: Create a Form
Ensure you are on the Events tab from the top navigation bar.
Next to the desired Event, click Pricing --> Ticket Prices.
Find the ticket price to which you'd like to attach a form and click Edit.
Click Advanced Options and then scroll down to the section titled "Form"
From the drop-down menu, select the form you'd like to attach.
Click Save Changes.
Note: If any forms are attached to the Event as a whole, patrons will also be asked to fill those out during checkout. Additionally, because you have connected the Form to a specific ticket price, they will be asked to fill out multiple Forms equal to the number of tickets they select.
