Enable Multi-Factor Authentication

2min

Multi-factor authentication (also known as MFA or 2FA) is an additional step you can add to the login process for your Ludus account. When this is enabled, Admin users will be required to verify via phone number when logging in.

This is a great way to add an extra step of security for your account and the login process.

Enable/Disable Multi-Factor Authentication

1

From the top navigation bar, click the Settings wheel icon (⚙️) and navigate to the Users tab.

2

At the bottom of the page, you'll see a section for "Multi-Factor Authentication". You can view if it is currently enabled or disabled and click Edit to alter.
