Enable or Disable "Tickets in the Mail"
In an increasingly digital world, it is still nice to receive physically printed tickets as a memento of the experience. If your organization does not offer printing or simply does not have a thermal ticket printer, Ludus has you covered. "Tickets in the Mail" is a feature completely fulfilled by Ludus. You don't have to do anything beyond enabling the feature.
When turned on, patrons can choose to pay an additional $4.95 per order to have their tickets printed and sent directly to the address they entered at checkout.
We can resend the tickets if lost in the mail. Additionally, Support is able to send digital tickets to the patron.
